Welcome to West Lavington Farm

​​The Holloway family have farmed on Salisbury Plain for five generations. All our livestock are grass fed and extensively reared. Our arable and hay is all organic. We strongly believe in farming alongside nature and in conserving our precious environment.​We farm on Salisbury Plain, one of the largest chalk grassland areas in Europe. It is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and as such we farm with nature in mind. The way we graze the land encourages the diverse range of flora and fauna to thrive. Without the important action of the livestock living and surviving on the land, this important habitat would not exist.
